QUALMARKs  HALT/HASS Typhoon chambers with its powerful thermal ramp rate performance (200 degree C.  to -100 degree C. with change rates up to 70 degrees per min.) and six-degree-of freedom (6 Dof) vibration drives out design flaws fast in the design and development stage which saves in engineering and warranty cost. Our patented xLF (extended low frequency) system provides improved low frequency energy for mechanically complex products, while retaining high frequency energy that is effective at exposing weak solder joints and surface mount connections. QUALMARK offers eight Typoon models from the 1.5 with an 18" work surface model to the 8.0 with an industry first 100" work surface table and a standard 1,000 lb. product capacity.

systems are designed for the transfer of cryogenic liquids at extremely cold temperatures needed for flash freezing, aerospace applications, super conducting research, liquid nitrogen fogging for special effects,and many more applications.Static vacuum insulated, laminar radiation-shielded piping is offered in rigid and flexible styles with inner line diameters starting from 3/8" through 24". All stainless steel construction, TIG welding, mass spectrometer leak checked, and extensive vacuum retention testing help to ensure reliable, maintenance-free service. We will also engineer and manufacture special piping systems for specific customer applications.
