The Auto Technology Cyclic Corrosion Test (CCT)

Chamber creates a variety of environments in an

exposure zone by cycling automatically between

salt fog, high humidity, low humidity with dry-off,

dwell and ambient conditions - in any combination

and for any length of time. Optional cycles include

controlled humidity, solution spray and immersion.

Auto Technology CCT Chambers are performance

tested under actual test conditions to ensure they

withstand the corrosive environments they produce.

RAIN/SPRAY CHAMBER

Now you can accurately evaluate your product's performance in a simulated real-world environment.  Whether you need to mimic rain, a shower, spray-like conditions, or a combination of tests, The Century Series will enable you to evaluate the  integrity and performance of your design quickly and effectively.

In addition to the standard integrity test for your part's housing, The Century Series is also available in configurations which will allow you to test the parts while they are powered up!

Each chamber can be customized to include automatic controls with sophisticated data collection, or with simple ON / OFF controls.

OVERALL FEATURES:

• Designed to meet a variety of automotive, industry and international  test specifications such as GM 9103P, JIS 0203 R1, S1, R2, S2,  IEC 68-2-18, IEC 529, and many more.
• Polypropylene or Stainless Steel construction.
• Front opening door with safety interlock.
• Chamber temperature ranges from -40⁰C to 125⁰C.

• Recirculating solution reservoir with optional heating for temperatures from ambient to 98⁰C.

SALT/FOG CHAMBER

• Unifog dispersion tower with adjustable cone disperses fog in a uniform pattern.
• Humidifying tower  heater turns off in the event of a dry or over-temperature  condition.
• Temperature controllers display wet &  dry bulb temperature, as well as humidifying tower  temperature.
• Instrumentation is calibrated for  accuracy.
• In-line filter cartridge prevents nozzle clogging.
