              Modular Sound Enclosure designed for the reduction of high noise generation processs in manufacturing facilities. Units include walls , roof system all channels and connections, doors and standard electrical . Various sizes available with optional door variations to accommodate maintenance and product transfer. Options include observation windows , ports, custom configurations.  Up to 50db sound reduction

            -4" bagged absorption material (6#/cu. ft.)

            -Interior facing of 22 GA. perforated steel to protect absorption material

            -Acoustic seal strip between post & wall panels

            -Acoustic seal strip between all flashing & wall panels

            -Dual acoustic seal strips between floor channel & existing floor

            -All doors to have an acoustic seal on three sides with an adjustable floor wipe

            -All windows to be 1/4" double pane tempered safety glass

            -Enclosure designed for quick assembly

QUICKLAB

Prefabricated Modular enclosures for Test Labs and Quality Offices. These flexible systems are pre-engineered and designed to meet the needs of fast installation in todays work places. Their ability for expansion, reconfiguration and assembly meets the ever changes in fast paced industries.

System Components:

Wall Panels- 3 thick walls with 26 ga hot dipped galvanized (white/tan/grey) baked acrylic enamel. Core material of R-12 expanded polystyrene ASTM E84 Class-A fire resistance.

Roof System- 3 Steel Skinned panel with R-12 insulation value or optional

Corrugated 22 ga Steel B-deck with a commercial 2 x4 mineral tile suspended ceiling system.

Doors- Standard industrial 3 x 7 steel door with hardware-optional sizes available

Electrical system- includes fluorescent lights, grounded switches, and 115 volt outlets.

Options: included Oversized doors, Windows, Installation and HVAC
